Yes! The UX which in return increases the CX is considered first while we design something. But to be honest we really need to work hard towards training the upcoming talents in the UI/UX domain. Going in geographical and demographical aspect; India is loosing on winning some of the great projects just because we can't imagine great UI?UX & CX. We are still considered strong in the backend.
