Every business has its own critical areas and challenges and recruitment business is not an exception to this. As a recruitment entrepreneur myself I have faced problems like candidates not showing up on the date of joining, cultural misfits, unable to find the right hire, longer time to hire etc despite having multiple avenues to hire talent especially the online job portals. I had 2 options, either live up with those problems and keep doing what I have doing for all these years….or come with up a solution…

After research I found out that jobs need to be “marketed” the same way as we market our goods and services and those job posts will be conveniently ignored by top talent which are not well marketed to them.

My name is Ajay Alandkar and I am the founder of Anushka Jobtech Pvt. Ltd. and we have come up with a solution called Myjobfactory which is an AI powered HR-Marketing Platform. We help companies in becoming sustainable brand employers so that they can systematically hire talent who are in sync with the founder's vision, company's culture and organization's goals and values.

I am an HR-Marketeer by profession and come with an experience of 20+ years in b2b sales and end-to-end recruitment. I am an MBA in marketing from Pune University and also a Diploma in Sanskrit Language.
