So far we've done three hangouts about #PNgrowth focusing on the "why" and "what" of the bootcamp. The why is simple: to create category leaders. The what is through an intensive three day bootcamp in Mysore and a year-long follow up after the camp. We want participants to leave with three concrete things: tools and frameworks for thinking about strategy; a personalized strategical game-plan for your company; with extensive feed-back and iteration guided by mentors and peers. But we know that three days isn't going to solve all your problems and the strategic plan you leave with isn't the last step.

In our next hangout moderated by Aaron Chatterji of Duke and Sharique Hasan of Stanford, we'll be bringing back Pallav Nadhani to chat about how we will be structuring the three days.

Our first day is now called "Rethink" and it will be a chance for founders to step back, and with the help of his or her peers, take some leaps about where they want their company to be in the future and what the "BIG" picture is that they are trying to accomplish.
