I am a commercial lawyer and currently a Partner with Kreda Law Offices. In the past, I have worked with leading law firms in India and abroad. In my practice so far, I have handled several large and complex international commercial and investment arbitration with amounts in dispute running into hundreds of million dollars. These arbitrations: (a) were seated in leading jurisdictions across the globe, like London, Singapore, Paris, Geneva, Belgium, Washington DC, Delhi and Mumbai; (b) were governed by major arbitration rules like the ICC, UNCITRAL and SIAC; (c) where the underlying agreements were governed by the laws of India, England, Germany, New York and Singapore; and (d) covered a diverse array of disputes emanating from share holder/subscription agreements, long term supply agreement and construction agreements. These disputes covered a wide array of sectors like railway projects, mineral extraction, metallurgy, aviation, automobiles, life sciences and motorsport.

I also handle a wide array of commercial matters relating to securities law, construction law, tax law, company law etc.

My firm and I are equipped to provide our clients with both corporate advisory and litigation related services (before the relevant courts and tribunals).
