- Talent Acquisition: Being able to select and on-board best people as per business requirements.
- Employee Relations: Taking a proactive approach to anticipate and address employee queries and concerns
- Employee Engagement Initiatives: Doing what engages the relevant employee audience such that the people commitment and motivation can be increased significantly
- Driving key HR Processes: Championing HR systems for Talent Management, related to Performance Management, Rewards & Recognition
- Deployment of companywide initiatives from time to time: Rolling out such processes in the respective businesses like compensation restructuring et al
- Learning & Development: Ensuring that through effective need identification and program roll-outs, people are growing and learning
- Facilitating any other business specific needs
Experience: 0 - 1 years
Education: MBA, preferably with majors in HR
Stipend: Rs. 7,000
