Key Requirements :
1. Should have a min 2 – 3 experience in selling recruiting solutions. 
2. You should be familiar with the sales cycle in the Recruiting Industry.
3. We are looking for candidates who have a proven track record in achieving targets from a
revenue standpoint. 
4. You should have account managed large clients. 
5. Ability to communicate is critical to the role.

Key Responsibilities :

On the Team you would be our champion for employers, you would be responsible for : 

1. Developing potential customers and Identifying opportunities to sell.
2. Devloping the sales plan & strategy across locations. 
3. Mapping and selling to prospective customers and engaging with them.
4. Doing sales calls and doing meetings with prospects. 
5. Managing the entire sales process and ensuring the Sales targets are met,
6. Account Managing Key Accounts.
7. Developing ways to improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty

Additionally, Vyre enables recruiters to rate candidates. These ratings then form part of the candidate profile, enriching the database for the community.
