About this Job

Key Responsibilities: 

- Work closely with the Management for building and strengthening brand strategy and a vision for business.

- Be innovative and think out of the box. Design new creative ways to promote the brand. 

- Conceptualize & Implement ATL (TV, Radio) and BTL (point of sale, trade channels, ambient media) campaigns as per business needs 

- Liaison with and manage the Creative, Media, and PR Agencies.

- Responsible for managing the execution of a digital marketing strategy, which would include dialogue marketing, email marketing, e-nurturing, digital lead management, web content management, organic web demand generation, campaign site management, social media, database management and management, strategic web page management, and SEO.

- Commission Market Research from time to time as required. 

- Establish and manage brand collaborations and partnerships. 

Key Skills:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills. English skills will be tested.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and judgment.

- Experience in handling marketing and communication campaigns for college events, including, holding student body positions will be preferred

- Internship experience in marketing roles

Education: Graduation, and above

Experience: 0-3 years, in PR, media, creative agencies and similar

Salary: INR 2.5 – 4 lacs / year, depending upon experience and qualifications
