We are building a global network of sites and clients using our platform, and we believe we have a chance to achieve massive success in the marketplace.

Candidate will work with digital publishers, brands, agencies, or research organizations) to help implement and launch 1World’s platform on their site, track post-launch performance, and provide strategic direction for new opportunities to grow revenue. Detailed training will be provided

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 Understand 1World’s marketing platform and the benefits publishers gain by using it

 Own and manage the relationships with a set of key customer accounts.

 Work closely with team to ensure a successful launch with new clients

 Comprehend the client requirements in order to intelligently upsell the platform’s features

 Understand competitor’s offerings, related tools, and new developments

 Expected to demonstrate flexibility to support management in daily business operations

Required skills/experience:

 Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Business, or a related field will be plus

 Fresher or Previous experience, and desire, to work in a fast-paced startup environment

 Ability to manage the tactical, day-to-day tasks for clients, as well as see the big picture

 Self-starter- can identify new opportunities, analyze it and develop tactics/strategies for growth

 Time management skills with the ability to effectively oversee multiple projects

 Good written and verbal, phone, face to face, and networking communication skills

 Strong working knowledge of MS Office /excel/ppt, Google applications

Following is not mandatory but will be Added Plus

 Strong knowledge of the digital media revenue ecosystem, web technologies, high traffic consumer and news websites, and the online advertising industry (understanding of Ad Networks, Ad Servers, Search Engines, Social Media platforms, etc. is a big plus)

Training/Internship

 If you think, you are curious, comfortable with English, and willing to put common sense at fullest capacity, then you will enjoy the dynamic nature of this work. We like to hear from you. We will give you required training and if you are quick learner, you will learn a lot and set yourself up for long time career. Stipend will be offered for internship candidates.
