About this Job

Job Description
·         Responsible for design and development of the Chatbot Applications using various Bot Frameworks and AI services and supporting on various messenger platforms like Facebook Messenger, Skype, Slack, Webchat etc.
·         Responsible to develop scalable and high-performance components in cloud environment
·         Should analyze, create requirements, prototypes and provide accurate estimates
·         Work on conversation UX platform and Design Conversational flow as per user requirements
·         Clean/Analyze data coming from Bot conversations
·         Unit testing and deliveries
 
 
Skills
·         1-3 years experience in Node JS, Javascript
·         Developing chatbot applications using frameworks like Facebook Messenger Platform APIs, MS Bot framework, Google API.ai (Dialogflow) or any other such framework
·         Knowledge of Facebook Messenger Bot development
·         Experience with building and training Intents, Entity, Dialogs etc using any of the Cognitive AI services like MS LUIS, API.ai, IBM Watson, etc
·         1 to 2 years experience with Web development using .Net technologies (Java or PHP will also be considered)
·         Experience with HITP, Sockets, RESTful and JSON API services in a programming language 
·         Should be interested in learning ML or NLP technologies
·         Experience in development of web solutions in cloud environment
·         Experience working with SQL server,  Mongo DB
·         Experience with source control GIT
·         Must have good verbal and written communication skills
 
Desirable Skills:
·         Experience on web application development using Asp .net, c#, MVC, MS SQL Server
·         Web application development experience using one of .Net, Java or PHP 
·         Experience with Python, MVC would be an added advantage
·         Knowledge of Bot builder platforms (ChatFuel or ManyChat or FlowXo or Recast.AI)
·         Working with any Voice to Text and Text to Voice APIs
