About this Job

Responsibilities


  • To identify potential customers, create and close new business opportunities in line with the strategic direction of the company


  • Drive revenue growth for our service through: development of creative and ROI-focused marketing processes, and strategies.


  • Responsible for negotiate, managing relationship and close business deals with clients and develop marketing campaigns that complement company sales strategies


  • Manage the end to end sales process for all opportunities including initial client communication, on-site presentations, RFI response, multi-day client workshops, negotiation and deal signing.


  • Must have been exposed to B2B corporate sales


  • Meet and exceed targets that have to do with revenue activities, customer acquisition, profit margin, and general growth of the company


  • Generate business leads through online bidding or cold calling, email marketing etc for web and mobile application design & development.


  • Should be able to manage Cost & Time Negotiations with the clients and successful Leads conversions


  • Achieving overall sales target & servicing clients with the objective of increasing the market share of the company.


  • Researching and analyzing sales options.


  • Formulate and coordinate marketing activities to promote products and services


  • Develop marketing communication to attract and improve brand recall among target customers


  • To build and maintain strong client relationships by effectively handling queries and resolve customer conflicts, thus building customer trust.


  • Client Retention


  • Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.


  • Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.


Desired Candidate Profile

Any Graduate and Post Graduate.

Should have at least 2 year experience in Business Development (Must be from IT Services Sales)

Should be able to manage team and developing team on managing complete sales Cycle : Effective Presentation to client on call, convincing the client, submission of Proposal and closing the deal, handover to technical team

Candidate should have proven experience and excellent track record with medium and large size projects and should be able to present them for verification.

Should be consistent performer meeting targets with a solid history.

Should be flexible with job timings.

Able to build a compelling value proposition and support in building and positioning the organisation brand.

Able to handle customer objections and present their business proposals and ensuring sales closure.

The candidate should be capable of handling end to end business development operations.

Candidates must be outstanding communicator with excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills

Strong business ethics, professionalism, personal integrity . Must be a Self initiator, Self-motivated and ability to complete tasks with minimum direction

Salary: 2.5 to 5 lacs + Incentives
