What is the one sentence pitch of Adited?

A workspace for a community of local and remotely working professionals that includes creatives, techies, social activists, entrepreneurs & change-makers.

Tell us more about your team? And brief profiles of the founders.

We have a small team of 8 currently. I'm sole founder. I am a post graduate from Symbiosis University, Pune & have two years of Media Management experience.

How did you come up with the idea of Adited?

Being the first mover in Coworking space domain in Indore, what we have realized is that it's all about bringing in the culture of working together in an environment full of positive & good people. A space with limited seats but quirky ambiance providing all the amenities under single roof.

What problem are you solving?

Currently we are planning to scale up by setting up the in-house processes and focusing more on team building.

What is the revenue model of Adited?

Monthly Subscriptions

What is your competitive advantage?

Quirky budget spaces with multiple flexible options. We are coming up with ADITED X; a premium space of Adited Coworking.

How do you engage with your community (i.e. CoWorkers, Partners, Mentors, Employees etc.)?

We organise bi-monthly meet-ups & get-together sessions at our in-house rooftop cafeteria 'The HighGarden'

How do you minimize and/or manage the conflicts between CoWorkers?

Making them believe in working as a community who thrives mutual growth rather than self-motive goals.

What are your growth plans for Adited?

Currently we have three branches in Indore which are our budget branches named as Adited 1.0, 2.0, 3.0. Now we are planning to expand to premium segment bring our prime space as ADITED X in Indore. We are planning to expand to 3 more cities in next two years.
