Smartness in Events Execution and End-Implementation

The world is made up of events. Most often its a headache for those who can't find the crowd nor the creative team to implement it. That's the gap this student-based startup "JarvisE3" does.

‘JARVIS’ means Smartness & ‘E3’ stands for Events, Execution and End-implementation.

A freelance platform which provides Events and Marketing Services. At JarvisE3, we strive to make your events and work better. Our sole motive is to cater the needs of Institutes and Corporate Houses, who require Event Organization, Marketing and other services related assistance.

eChai Indore had an interview with Deepak Sharma, the CEO of JarvisE3 and this is what he has to say:

• How did you come up with the idea of 'Your venture' ?

I come up with the idea of events management and marketing basically because there are many events management company which deals with concerts, parties etc. But I thought why not to come up with creative events for youngsters by which they can gain knowledge with full of fun and marketing or promotions for events in positive sense and taking assignments by deep research. Additionally giving training to those who actually want to learn field work and ground work in depth.

• What problem are you solving?

I am solving problems for institutions basically because now a days institute are too much busy that they don’t have time for co-curricular activities for students growth and in corporate they have audience,speakers but they don’t have time to manage so we are there.

• How does it work?

As per networking and past working experience we work across Indore. We have associations who work with us like professional speakers, institutions, media, corporate and yes a team as well who are always there when an event is planned or we get marketing assignment.

• What is your target market?

Our target market are basically Institutions, Corporate houses, education field, writers, readers. And as a new startup we are focusing on indore only right now.

• What is your competitive advantage?

Innovative events because we do events that no one has ever thought out and because of creativity involved we get promotion easily and people show interest too.

• How much time did it take you from conceptualization of 'your venture' to actually launching it in the market ?

It took around 13-14 months to launch because of networking and study of what market lacks.

• Tell us more about your team?

We have experienced team from readers and writers group so in organizing events we have persons from every field like social media promotions, media management, content , field work, etc things required are there and zeal of every member is such that we can do any kind of work with full energy and passion our team is Ms Kavita Singh, Ms. Neha Takur , Mr Irfan Ali. They are our core team members along with me

• What is your technology stack?

Website, Social Media Pages and Emails

• How do you plan to market your product? What are your customer acquisition strategies?

Innovative events that grab people’s attention will automatically get us rolling. It’s more by word of mouth and association with communities that host events regularly

• What is the revenue model of 'venture' ?

The sponsorship benefits and the registration fees that we charge for the events goes into our earnings slot

• What do you want to achieve from this? What is your larger goal or vision?

We just want to be recognized for what we stand out for - creative event work.
