Adited edited the way people work in Indore

Starting out as a design agency to know and understand the pulse of the market before venturing into co-working space requires lots of patience. Abhinandan Gupta not only did it but proved that co-working is very much a sought after experience for most entrepreneurs.

Q. How did you come up with the idea of 'Adited'? What problem are you solving? How does it work?

The idea behind establishing ADITED was to devise something new. I wanted to start something on my own but Indore market is quite complex to understand so I started off as a marketing agency to get along with the business tactics here, so that is how Adited came along. Being a startup myself,I wanted to aid those of my kind and I envision to create a startup launchpad-where they can collaborate and grow together. This launchpad works through our co-working space,where there is a daily barter of ideas and resources which increases business acceleration scores.

Q. What is your target market?

The target market is startups, freelancers and corporate expanding in tier 2 cities like Indore

Q. What is your competitive advantage?

We are the first co-working space of Indore. Also,along with the co-working space we also provide complete branding services which are required by every business. Our co-working space is a combination of shared desk space and a marketing studio,which also provides a round the clock access and flexible monthly plans. Our sole motive of helping startups is what makes us different and boast the competitive edge over other co-working spaces

Q. How much time did it take you from conceptualization of 'Adited' to actually launching it in the market ?

During its seed stage we have mainly worked on the market research to understand the demand and culture of coworking in Indore. Providing a quality work ambiance, range of facilities and amenities and spreading awareness about the coworking culture was our main focus.It took us around 2 months to set up the whole space and launch ourselves as the first co-working space of Indore,making them aware about the benefits of coworking at the same time

Q. Tell us more about your team

Adited Team 

We don't have any specific criteria for any team member selection. Their roles are defined according to their interest level. To be precise we have community manager, digital marketing executive, space manager, accounts, admin and staff,but everyone works together to deliver the best services towards our co-working space and branding activities.

Q. How do you plan to market your product? What are your customer acquisition strategies? What is the revenue model of 'Adited' ?

Word of Mouth and collaborating with young and energetic brands who are as passionate for their brand as we are. Our coworkers are our greatest source of marketing and their feedback and testimonials have attracted other companies to collaborate with us as well. Being marketing artists,social media is our biggest strength and through social media we spread the culture of coworking further more. No comments on revenue model.

Q. What do you want to achieve from this? What is your larger goal or vision?

To be the best work space for any startup not just with respect to interiors and facilities but the culture as well.As mentioned earlier,being a startup ourselves,we know very well the obstacles which can hamper the growth and therefore we envision to aid those of our kind. We strive to make our workspace the best startup launchpad.Our larger goal is to create and sustain an ever growing community of like minded and passionate individuals and teams.

Q. What sort of support and feedback are you looking from the community?

To help us spread a word among all the startups in town and work towards building a stronger community together.
