How can we learn from Google Maps and Wikipedia.

Also an incentive when users add public loos will be plus point. I would suggest you each user get some point to list and verify public loos location and you can tie with coupon sites/recharge sites to offer them incentives. You do not pay directly but Recharge sites pay for the incentives. In turn we can get listings. Its just a suggestion

I have recently launched a smart phonebook called SharkID, which auto updates itself. If your friend changes their job, number, email id, address your phonebook will get auto update. Further your SharkID is your name, numbers, email id, social handles, address, biz cards, emergency cards etc. My sharkid is ~Sharko. Currently available for just Indian Market. You can download the app from playstore and create your person & professional cards. You can even know how many people have stored your number but you haven't.

I had similar idea, as I was looking for a loo on my way to Shimla. I know a guy, who can connect you with PMO. If your app is ready, we can connect.
