Nothing motivates me more, when team plays "I am like an angel" by Taher Shah and "Sunday morning love you" by Bhim Naroula. Try out.

Our is a very simple, small office having only table chairs. Nothing special related to work or motivation. One trick i follow is, i have kept all my passwords related to people who have ditched me / us in past. Or people who haven't trusted me / us... So whenever i open any application it reminds me about the incidence. This works as a motivation for me / us to put more efforts and manage the show successfully.

When down i listen / read / chant the poem "Koshish Karane Walo Ki Kabhi haar nahi Hoti"

Plants and waste stuff at home motivates me. Specially old stuff out of which I can create something interesting. Anything like a dry leave or a stone / pebble would motivate me. Few left over threads or any broken chair to a car tyre.. there is so much scope to CREATE something unique or fun!

People full of ideas and positivity is also a great source of motivation!
