Inspired from "Silicon Valley" series's methodology ! #scrumModel
making sticky notes of 'to be done' and 'done' -> moving more and more notes from the former portion to later portion !

I want to keep time management simple. Making To-do-List every day and focus on top priority as said by Stephen R Covey in The 7 habits of highly effective people “First thing First” this saves my time keep me focus and increase my productivity in my day-to-day life.

1) Wake Early
2) Thank whoever you wish to before sleeping.
3) De-clutter your desk.
4) Remove unwanted groups on whatsapp.
5) Prioritize your feeds on facebook to see only what you care about or what makes you positive. As we spend a lot of time on fb, whatever we see shapes our day unconsciously.
6) Learn to forgive and forget (especially during commuting on roads) - as this can really worsen your day and bring in lot of negative energies while you go to workplace.
7) Smile and thank people through the day.

THIS IS WHAT I FOLLOW:

1. Never forget to note down a task. That may be a trivial one or something that is very low on priority. When one follows this regime, one realizes how much productivity was being lost earlier. Humans are bound to forget things.

2. Never let tasklist go beyond a certain number of tasks. If you have a huge list in front of you, it confuses and bogs you down.

3. When point-2 is the case DELEGATE! If you are a single founder or have a small team just de-assign yourself from low priority tasks. This allows you to focus on important ones.

4. However, note don't forget the low priority ones too, they will boost productivity when completed. Moreover, there is bound to come a time when one would be a little free, try and attend to these low priority tasks.

5. Almost 40% of our time is spent behind updating or asking someone for task status. Don't do that! Instead use a tool like www.smarttask.io where one don't need to update or ask someone for statuses. ITS ALL THERE WITH A SINGLE CLICK.

Let me know if I forgot a point. Would love to hear your thoughts.
