Flexibility - in terms of office timings, or work from home. Focus on getting work done, not how you go about doing it.
Process - setting up processes for each task big or small helps improve productivity.
Accountability - Each individual, even at the lowest level is accountable for something. It gives each individual a sense of ownership and makes them more responsible towards the task.
Reward people - Rewarding people motivates them AND their colleagues to always over deliver. It also creates a sense of competition among team members, and helps them focus better on their achievements.

Flexibility in timings, no work deadlines, no work pressure, can use headphones while coding. Employees are allowed their to express their own ideas into the product. If something goes wrong everyone on the team fix it not just single person. They need to make sure that whatever work / task is given to them has to be completed. It doesn't matter how he / she does it, when he / she does it. Its just have to be done. Sometimes they are allowed to go early and come in late and even they themselves ask to come on Weekends to complete the work. Thats how it works in our office.
