Mine is a Service based and luckily i stay in a two storyed Duplex . . Second floor is entirely my office :P . . i think to run a business all you need is an IDEA , Laptop/PC , phone and an internet !
I have changed 3 offices in past one year. I wasn't satisfied with the environment and corporate culture around my work place. So finally I have settled in a studio apartment. Because that's where I think I'll be able to work productively, creatively and freely. And I got all of them through either a broker or Olx.
