Being a voracious reader it's difficult to point out a specific book that's a fav. However I can identify with "Aleph" by Paulo Coelho. For entrepreneurs the books by Rashmi Bansal are inspiring reads

I would recommend "Staying OK" by Amy Harris and Thomas Harris as a must read for everyone. This book will tell you why you think what you think, why you feel what you feel and why you do what you do.

And then "I am OK, You are OK" by Thomas Harris.

Not an exaggeration, but I personally believe that the life is complete sleep walking until you know Transactional Analysis (a theory both books are based on). TA, in my opinion is a complete toolkit for emotional intelligence and will be very helpful in personal and professional relations.

Disclaimer: I am NOT a professional in the field of psychology. Readers may seek professional advise before reading these books.

Ayn Rand's "Fountainhead" and "Atlas Shrugged". I would recommend it to my fellow entrepreneurs too, when one feels strongly for a cause their work they can work with their own value system.

We all know if we need to start any new work or project, we should plan it. So we need a business plan for start-up enterprise as well. Why must you have written plan? You know where you are going, but without a written plan it is always subject to change, put it in writing and every one sees the same thing. Read more in THE ONE PAGE BUSINESS PLAN by Jim Horan

I recently read "Dream With Your Eyes Open" by Ronnie Screwvala. As an amateur and recent entrepreneur... I really loved the way it has been put up. Highly motivative and inspiration! I strongly recommend it.

Goal by Dr. Eli Goldhart.
The author says If you cant quantity your goal, you can't measure it. A lot of people I meet can't spell their Goals clearly. The book made me understand that purpose of Biz is to make Loads of Money & Profit. A well defined goal can be make Rs.25 Cr Profit on Sales of Rs. 100 Cr by April 2016 by selling xyz products. The purpose of biz is not to do charity, for that one has to start an NGO.
