I had hired two employees (INR 15K salary per month per employee) and had rented an office when I didn't even have projects on hand. That was the biggest risk/ decision/ mistake I made.

@nishitjariwala , as you mentioned that was your biggest risk / decision / mistake , can you please elaborate it. I think biggest risk/decision is same , but "mistake" is different thing. So i want to know that as i am also going to the same path. Thanks
