I am, Col. K K Singh, Project Manager & ex Director at Indian Army with over 22 years of experience in Armoured Forces. I did my masters in Strategic Defence Management from Wellington. i have specialization in Procurement, Change Management, MRO, Design & Development/Production, Training, qualitative Requirements & Trials Evaluation, Liaison, HRM and Security.
