Sumit Karanji, as the CoFounder & COO, leads the Strategy and Operations of DSYH, which is India’s 1st Reconciliation As A Service Platform for Sellers on E-Commerce identifying revenue leakages in financial transactions and pioneered the concept of Reconciliation, Business Analytics and Information visibility for Sellers to conduct business online.

Under his leadership in Operations Function, DSYH Sales Team grew from a 2 to 12 member team, with revenues from Scratch to $250000 ARR in less than 12 months growing user base from 0 to more than 500 SMB’s including large consumer brands like Reliance. Sumit is also one of the key co-founder looking after raising funds and liaising with investors. He was instrumental in raising $250,000 for DSYH as a Seed Fund and handling investors on a regular basis.

Previously, Sumit was Founder of HOSPO, India’s 1st Pricing Discovery Healthcare Platform for Day Care Surgeries and Director at Tyre Protector India Private Limited, a bootstrapped Automotive startup setting up technical function and distribution across India with a 30+ member team, again growing revenues from scratch to more than $250000 annually.

Prior to the startup stints, Sumit worked with Bajaj Allianz GIC, India’s most profitable General Insurance Company, across multi-functional in Head Office and Regional Offices. Sumit started his career with Maruti Suzuki, India’s No. 1 Car Brand, handling Pre-Owned Cars Sales in Ahmedabad Territory as Territory Manager straight out from college.

In the past, Sumit completed his Masters in Engineering Management from RMIT, Australia after graduating as a Mechanical Engineer, 1st Class with Distinction from Gujarat University, Ahmedabad, where he has been Core Committee member in Technical Festival Group.

Outside of work, Sumit is actively engaged in contributing to the startup ecosystem, mentoring and advising young startups on facing the initial runway to creating a startup while building out of box ideas.
